We only accept returns for products ordered from Xtremematsgolf.com. If you purchased your mat through one of our other retailers, please contact them directly to begin a return.


If you bought your mat from our website, begin your return by going to our Returns page and create a return label. Returned items must be in unused condition and returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept any item that has been installed, used, or damaged. Items returned in poor condition or having parts missing may not be credited or a partial credit might be issued at the seller's discretion.

You will receive a refund to your original payment method as soon as the product is received and inspected.

We do not do exchanges so you will need to reorder the correct mat. Please confirm with us if you are unsure of the mat you need.

Most orders ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed during holidays will be shipped the next business day.

One of the benefits of ordering directly from our website is that we can handle all of your order issues immediately. Unfortunately, if you ordered your product through a different retailer, you will need to use their contact methods to address any order, shipping, or payment methods. They will contact us if they need clarification but we are required to work through their established channels if the product was purchased through their site.
